Change or Cancellation

Order can be cancelled or changed up until 12 hours before the delivery date you have selected. For cancellation, we will refund the amount paid in the form of in-store credits for your next purchase. However, change of cake are subject to availability.  Do call our helpline 019 339 1288 for any changes or cancellation. We do not accept cancellation or changes less than 12 hours.  No refund will be entertained.

For self pick up, one day cut off time will be given.  No refund will be entertained thereafter.

In cases should a cake you ordered is unavailable after you have purchased the cake, we will substitute the cake with the next best cake possible of the same value or a full refund will be made to you.

Damages or Issues

Do inspect the cake upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item you ordered is wrong, defect or damage. No complaint or refund will be entertained after 1 hour from receipt time.
